Our Mini Sessions are strictly 20 minutes in length and begin at the moment of your booking. For example, if you book a 9am-9:20am session, your time begins at 9am. We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your session to unload the kids from the car and settle in. However, due to the back to back nature of mini sessions, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your session.

Locals tip: There is a cafe called Cook Club at Boomerang Farm close by...if you're an early bird, grab a cuppa and pop back!

Absolutely! I encourage bringing grandparents to capture these moments (plus, the photographs make great Christmas gifts!).

Once you've locked in your session time, you'll be required to fill in a family questionnaire. We’ll discuss your Christmas traditions and indicate any preferences and any special spots that are meaningful to you.

Mini sessions are designed to be an affordable and quicker way to snap family photos. In your questionnaire, you’ll be advised to select up to 2 location areas to focus on for your session. If time allows, we can visit more!

I totally understand that little ones get sick (parent life, right?). While your session fee is non-refundable due to how quickly they book out, you won’t lose your session fee! Instead, you can use it as a credit toward a future full-length session - meaning more time, a location of your choice, and an even more personalised experience. So while we’ll miss you on the day, we’ll make sure you still get beautiful memories when the timing is right!

These sessions are all about celebrating Christmas your way, so you best believe we’ll be grabbing full fam shots if you desire! Please just indicate your preference on your questionnaire.

Yes, your $199 session fee is required to secure your spot.

Yes! Dogs are welcome, but sessions with pets will not be allowed into the baking room. Please make sure your pup is on a leash and that you’re responsible for all cleanup duties (aka, poop patrol!). If your dog is joining in, I recommend bringing treats and their favourite toy to help grab their attention for photos.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible via phone call. As we're shooting back to back sessions, I won't be able to respond to texts or DMs. The amount of time late may be deducted from the time allotted for the session. Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for the time deducted from the session due to late arrivals.

Each session is designed for immediate family members. Please be aware that for members over 6, we'll be shooting quickly, but will focus on all group shots as opposed to individuals. If you'd prefer more intimate one-on-one snaps, we'd advise booking two back to back time slots.

Yes! All images are carefully edited in my signature style and delivered within 14 business days via a proof gallery. This means your images won’t be available for immediate download but you’ll first select your favourites, add them to your cart, and apply your discount for your complimentary snaps.

While each image has been carefully edited, please note that my documentary style means images are intentionally light-touch, which means I won’t do extensive retouching (like removing flyaways or smoothing skin). These moments are meant to reflect the real, beautiful family you are - just as the day unfolded. That said, if you’d love a little extra polish on a particular image, I’m happy to chat through options.

We recommend comfortable outfits that reflect your family’s style, but most importantly, these sessions are FUN and JOYFUL - so you can choose your best Christmas frocks, matching pjs or anything that feels like you!

Gold Coast weather can be a little unpredictable! All our zones (with the exception of the bow tree) are undercover, so no dramas!

In the unlikely event of severe weather or major flooding in the area, we will follow all advised precautions and be in touch via phone call for next steps.

There is plenty of parking available! Please keep an eye out in your emails for further directions closer to the date - but just simply drive up the driveway and park undercover. Easy peezy!
